The hotel is ideally located with easy access to the city center and the main rail station, although the noise levels from the street can be a bit bothersome. The rooms, especially the bathrooms, are a bit snug, but not turning on the AC helps keep the room warm during the night.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The room was good in size, and the bathroom was spacious, but the noise from the front of the hotel was a nuisance. The room was cozy with the window closed, but it could get hot. The service was excellent and made our stay comfortable. The location was central but not without its drawbacks. The dining was nice with a good variety, and the facilities were adequate.
The hotel rooms aren't huge with very little space, needing a deep clean, but overall were cosy, well-arranged, and greatly finished with carefully chosen details. The service was very polite, pleasant, helpful, friendly, and courteous, offering assistance and directing us to a nearby affordable car park. The location, while close to the Central Railroad Station, may seem a little undesirable due to the surrounding area. The dining experience was extensive and worth the money. The facilities offered include dry cleaning, shops, laundry, and tours/ticket assistance.
